The thought of using some of the lyrics from Green Day’s Boulevard of Broken Dreams with these didn’t occur to me until I shot the small weed with the shadow which was one of the last ones I shot in this series. After looking at the rest of the images the lyrics seemed quite fitting.

Sunspots

At First Friday last night a local astronomical club had some telescopes aimed at the sun. I took this while holding my camera over the eye piece. The second image is a crop of the first one.
